With over 20 years of coaching experience, John has worked with countless high-level players across all stages of development. He began his coaching career at Blueline Hockey School, led by Joe McDonnell, Director of Amateur Scouting for the Dallas Stars. After learning from one of the game's most respected scouts, John became the lead instructor at One on One Hockey Training — one of North America’s first dedicated small-ice skill development facilities. During his time there, he trained players from Toronto, Kitchener-Waterloo, London, and surrounding regions, consistently producing athletes who advanced to junior, collegiate, and professional levels — including the NHL. His attention to detail, deep technical knowledge, and commitment to excellence have made him a trusted developer of elite hockey talent.

With over 10 years of coaching experience, Frankie has trained players at every level of the game. He began his coaching career with the renowned Turcotte Stickhandling School, where he built a strong foundation in technical skill development. He later joined RHP Training Centre in Sudbury, working with collegiate and professional athletes — including NHL players — in a high-performance setting. While playing in Europe, Frankie also coached youth hockey, gaining valuable experience with developing players across different systems and cultures. Passionate about both physical and mental performance, Frankie is known for helping athletes grow on the ice and in their mindset, bringing energy, insight, and unwavering commitment to the growth of our organization.
