• Respect coaches, teammates, officials, and opponents
• Ask questions, stay engaged, and seek to improve daily
• Listen fully and apply feedback with purpose

Develop

Development is earned through consistent effort and accountability.

• Show up on time, prepared, and focused
• Compete in every drill, every shift, every rep
• Support your teammates and take responsibility for your actions
• Represent Southeast Beast with commitment and character — in how you train, speak, and carry yourself

Excel

We chase excellence — not perfection — by pushing past comfort zones.
